Perfect Experience

I made an order , it was on time , the transaction went very smoothly without any problems , i hope to keep the same and i hope i not get disappointed from one of the online shopping problems ( like broken items ,wrong colors , delivery issues , wrong size , missing items ....etc.)I wish I can be one of your regular customers for your site , actually your prices are reasonable and i made another order and both items will be shipped from outside Egypt, i hope it will be on time and like what i was excepting - I have a comment for the sunglasses section: some of the sunglasses are written under it that it’s multicolor , however in the pic its black , all in black , so that confused me and im afraid to receive a different color than the black one that i ordered - Make it clear for tracking the orders

Nice app

Very nice smooth and swift application that puts market between my hands It just need to have more product/seller details, i can feel that the specs and description depends on the data seller provide which is in turn not always mentioned and if mentioned, i might want to contact them may b even after buying I am sure you got your point of view but I needed to get it all out of my system Thanks

The worst online shopping experience I have ever had in my entire life

I can’t believe this company. There is an item in the shipment that took ages to deliver so I filed 2 complaints, nothing happened. I called up this call center twice, they said they will issue a ticket for delivery with 48 hours. When I told them I am traveling early morning and don’t have any room for delaying, nothing happened. I asked to talk to their supervisor twice and I was denied the right to speak to a supervisor. They said their supervisor will call me within 24 hours. I tried to explain to them that I will not be in the country for three months from tom morning, they said that’s their procedure. This is way the worst app and the worst online shopping experience one could ever have . It’s a nightmare . Don’t ever think of buying from this company.

Worse experience ever

I Bought a power bank and PUBG triggers The power bank was used (box was torn, scratched a lot, the sticker was off and it was totally dirty), so I called the call center to find out that they don’t have replacement policy and that I have to refund and order another one, the refund process took them a week till now any yet I didn’t receive my money although they already took the power bank 3 days ago, so they took my money and the power bank, and the Pubg trigger is not functioning properly, the worst part is that the power bank was a gift that I was supposed to give the second day of receiving it, and they really messed everything up for me. This is literally the worst online purchase experience ever.
