Keeps Crashing

Needs an update in a bad way. Every time I try to add my bank account to pay my HOA fees the app crashes. Tech support has done nothing to help and refers me back to my property manager, who also doesn’t know how to fix the problem as this is a technical problem, not a property management problem.
No Way To Register

The HOA changed to this format and provided us with a link for the portal. That didn’t work so we tried the app only to find the landing page doesn’t have the ‘register new user’ option as it’s supposed to.
