☹ Cons:

- The app needs to provide a closure option to citizens for their complaints to ensure that the end-user gets a solution or their complaint is solved within a specific timeframe.

- The app needs to improve its developer team to fix bugs and crashes that occur while using the app.

- The app needs to add official law books with every single detail so that every Pakistani can have easy access to information about official laws in Pakistan.

- The app needs to add more options for people to send suggestions and ideas to law makers to improve and add new laws.

Complain Closure Option

Citizen portal is good initiative for citizen to highlight issues faced by them or complains. Need to give closure option to citizen for make sure end user got solution or his complain solved with some days to close it or keep it open if not solved otherwise it close by itself if concern department saying they solved it, because some time concern department is saying they solve the issue but end user not getting solution of his complain so it will be better to give complain closure option to citizen or at least give them re opening option of following complain instead for them to again launch new complain which increase again the same process of going from first person to last for solution. It will help a lot.

People don’t understand that it takes time ... Nobody can launch bug free app or software even Apple also got bugs on all of there new update and after next version when they received feedback then they fix it , but this is Start at least we are on right path , previous Govt knew all these technology but they never took initiate but at least this app give us option to reach our voice at PM level !! Thank you Imran Khan. the app zindabaad !!
Good work but still need strong changes

Please add official law books in app , all laws with every single detail so every Pakistani can have easy access to information about official laws in the app! Also add some other options in app so people can send suggestions and what kind of problems people face in life so law makers can get ideas from public to improve and add new laws .
App crashes

this app is a great initiative by Prime minister. They also closed my complain. But there is a need for a lot of improvement I suggest you to improve your developer team. First sometimes app show message (server doesn’t repond try again) yes it literally say reponding instead of responding. Second app crashes when I click on complain. i will give 5 star if you fix these problems.
