Install PAYscan Mobile app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using PAYscan on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "PAYscan"
The search will reveal the PAYscan Mobile app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once PAYscan is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including PAYscan.
Now enjoy PAYscan on PC.

Very Useful; Please fix email function

I much prefer the app to the PC software. It is intuitive and convenient. One problem is that anytime you try to email a copy of an invoice, the app crashes and you have to log in again. I used to get around this by selecting the Save Image option and sending from photos however, this now crashes the app also.
Definitely has more potential for utility

Right now you are able to make P.O.s and only approve or move IRs through the workflow. From a mobile device you can very easily add a PDF or image so the ability to create an IR through the app would be greatly appreciated and allow busy managers the ability to handle the entire process remotely.
A few suggestions

1. It would be great for the user to have the ability to change a code or description with in the app, not just online using the website. 2. Having to go to the details portion to see where specific job was coded to is annoying. It would be great if it was on the main page of where you see the invoice to approve. Instead of having to go to so many steps. 3. Would be great if the app gave notifications when an invoice was in your queue to approve. Just a few suggestions on how to improve on the app.
Not working on iPhone

This app is not working on my iPhone and I can’t find any support to help. I have deleted and reloaded. App support link shows 404 error.
