Good Games but couldn’t redeem prize

I love the games and the prizes. They have an English translation for everything except the redemption form. And because I couldn’t get it translated in time they have just marked it as redeemed to someone other then me. They have no ability to contact them because when you do it just says there was an error. I’d give this App 5 stars if they didn’t rip you off and would at least allow some communication.

If you’re used to Toreba there are a couple things to understand about Netch: - You will pay around $10 to ship each prize overseas. - You get some free points everyday rather than a free play. - They have a small selection. But, Netch outshines their competition in their quick, friendly customer service. You will rarely wait more than 24 hours to a response for any query and they’re always polite. Their machines also feel very fair (with the understandable exception of the video game consoles, those should be very difficult) and on multiple occasions I’ve won in one play. It keeps it fun, not heartbreaking. Shipping varies but so far usually I only wait a few weeks at most. I wish I could give them all of my business.

I was playing the rainbow ball machine and won. The machine said it’d give 2000 dp on winning, and instead it brought me to a form that I couldn’t read. I did my best to fill it out but then it told me I had to have 400 dp for shipping. Huh? In the end it didn’t give me my dp and when I tried to contact the support and it had an “error”. Overall, this app is a complete waste of time and has no communication with support.
