7. It works reasonable within 1500 meter to marathon runs.
8. If the races are all reasonably recent and reflect your current fitness level then use the best.
9. The VO2max estimate in this app is a measure of how fast you are.
10. It does not care how much you weigh or how much oxygen you take in.
11. It should be used as a framework for training.
