2. A real VO2Max is a physiological measurement, essentially based on your maximal oxygen uptake and your body weight.
3. This calculator will generate training paces and race predictions.
4. If you have been injured or had a break from training since your last race - you should not use an old race result.
5. You may have several race results that indicate different VO2max values.
6. Always consult a professional before implementing these estimates in your training.
7. It works reasonable within 1500 meter to marathon runs.
8. If the races are all reasonably recent and reflect your current fitness level then use the best.
9. The VO2max estimate in this app is a measure of how fast you are.
10. It does not care how much you weigh or how much oxygen you take in.
11. It should be used as a framework for training.
