Very happy with the App
By Mercedes Benz_AMG (Pcmac user)
Sooooo before I get into the positives, I usually read a couple of the reviews. I purposely look for bad reviews to see what those guys have to say, and quite honestly - all you 1 star peeps are Wrong!! I don't know if the reviews are ancient, but if it's recent you, as the end-user, is at fault, not the app! I am inclined to believe there might be something wrong with your phone, or you are adding the wrong areas or something, cause I ain't experiencing anything you oakes are moaning about.
I find the app brilliant. Easy to use. Accurate. Location searching, adding etc. easy. There's nothing to it, and that's what makes it great for the purpose it serves (theee annoying Load Shedding...)
Good job "Jeff" 🤙🏻

Reliable and updated regularly
By johnwmic (Pcmac user)
So with shedding stages changing frequently , or at least have been , Jeff manages to keep us updated quickly too . Find the app very reliable and the updates are pretty quick , able to see how the shedding affects us , so I’m able to plan my day and possibly the next day , so much better . There’s only 1 time so far that an update was on the slower side , but that’s purely cause eskom changed so often in that day , and no doubt having many many thousands of users , there’s strain on the servers .

More of this type of SOE apps please
By KZN faulty (Pcmac user)
You guys have done such an amazing job of providing info on Eskom services, please can you develop an app that gives us a view on the status at Home Affairs offices - the lack of info on the systems being offline are never shared until you are number 500 in the queue and have been waiting for 6 hours!! I have tried 4 times and 2 different offices in KZN and can’t get in the door!!
Please help!!!

Love the app - would also love a MAP
By I'll never be an iGirl (Pcmac user)
Fantastic app, helps me cope quite smoothly with loadshedding but would LOVE a MAP too because I don't know which suburb EXTENSIONS I drive through and as some extensions are on different schedules, a map to identify the exact suburb/extension would REALLY help my route planning (Menlyn x1 (3) vs Menlyn x4 (13) - I can't even find maps on the Net to determine which one I drive through)... So I can avoid the intersections that are out.
