Download and install the Glitch app on your Windows 10,8,7 or Mac in 4 simple steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks Pc or Mac software Here >> .
- Install the emulator on your PC or Mac:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using Glitch on PC [Windows 7/ 8/8.1/ 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Glitch"
- The search will reveal the Glitch app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once Glitch is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Glitch.
- Now enjoy Glitch on PC.

To get Glitch on Windows 11, check if there's a native Glitch Windows app here » ». If none, follow the steps below:
- Download the Amazon-Appstore » (U.S only)
- Click on "Get" to begin installation. It also automatically installs Windows Subsystem for Android.
- After installation, Goto Windows Start Menu or Apps list » Open the Amazon Appstore » Login (with Amazon account)
- For non-U.S users, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto Playstore on PC » click Configure_Download. This will auto-download Google Play Store on your Windows 11.
- Installing Glitch:
- Login to your computer's PlayStore or Amazon AppStore.
- Search for "Glitch" » Click "Install" to install Glitch
- Glitch will now be available on your windows start-menu.

My dirty secret

For some insane reason this app has been pounded by bad reviews, and I can't figure out why. I love this app and it's kind of my dirty secret where I'm getting all these cool this app effects that Glitche and the other apps just can't achieve. Honestly this is a solid 4 stars app, but I added a fifth star to combat these crazy low reviews. The only thing I can think of is at one point there was a really bad update, otherwise this app is really cool and is highly underrated!! You can purchase it without worrying about the low ratings... I'm glad I did!

I used to use the Windows Phone version of this and I'm supremely pleased with the iOS version so far. Love the layering and added effects. However I prefer the "algorithms" for the effects in the Windows version. Especially the this app one, but I also preferred the wave and desync effects in that one. Even the scanlines looked better to me. Is it possible to include them as different "modes" for the similar effects in this version?

Effects are decent, but it would be nice to have an undo feature. Layer use seems promising, but isn't very straight forward. Perhaps I just need to play with it more, but I'm guessing I'll stick with glitché.

Y'all should really make an option to import videos cause I bought this cause it said " photo and video " but it's just for photos
