Prices are misleading

Be careful. The prices are very misleading and they will charge more after you get in the car. The “hourly rate” can be less than a half hour ride and their are all kinds of hidden charges.

Unable to return scooter

Some kind of network failure when returning the bike. Found out 14 hours and 90 € later
Doesn't work anymore

The first time I used this was a month or so ago. It had flaws but at least IT WORKED somewhat. I had to call in every time I time wanted to leave my bike because the app would crash, but at least I could take a bike. Now I cannot even do that. When I open the app it doesn't even show the stops anymore. Please fix this.
