Awesome app
By Techw1z (Pcmac user)
I put in my metro pass number answered a few survey questions and viola the points came rolling in! less than a year later I have enough points to enjoy a pretty luxurious night on the town. thank you southwest transit for a great rewards program clearly that other review written by Mr. RUBSO was a met council employee. I’ve been riding the bus long enough to know about their petty feud.

App not loading and keeps saying password is incorrect
By busrider0603 (Pcmac user)
App is not working correctly. It keeps getting stuck on the load screen. I am losing out on the perks. Good idea just not executing right for me.

Useless piece of crap
By rubso (Pcmac user)
It shows my go to card as registered but would not add the points. I was inside the bus when it told me that it can't add points because it can't check in because I am not near any beacon. Huh??
It promises points for activities but gives no explanation or options or links to perform these activities (facebook or twitter linking).
To add insult to injury now we need to use two unfriendly apps to try to enjoy our SWT experience. One not so helpful app to get not so reliable schedules and trip planning. The other app is this not working well app to get the rewards. Oh!! and btw if you are trying to get any SWT Prime service then the app sends you to the website or you can call and talk to the rude dispatchers over the phone.
Now try hitting the app support. You will be taken to a page that says "We are sorry, the program you are looking for is no longer available".
I used to love SWT but the customer experience deteriorates as service is expanding and nothing seems to be done about it.
Btw SWT, bus drivers are very good drivers. They do not make good phone info agents or nor Prime dispatchers. And after all these years no one is even doing anything about the few rude drivers.

I love using SouthWest Transit!
By Crawford1995 (Pcmac user)
The buses are always so nice and clean. My usual driver is Darrell R. He's always on time, courteous, and friendly. So glad this exists!
