First Day - Small Issues

I will update my rating if I can get the rest of the app to work correctly. The camera arrived today and there were a few issues. First it would not set up via the WiFi setting, it would not set up via QR Code! I ended up setting the camera up via LAN and the doing the WiFi manually. I have everything working but the data is bouncing all over ... from 2-30k (not when recording either). I have been trying to sign out of the app, saving battery on my phone. No need for app to run continuously. It won’t sign out!!! I tried to use the “app support” button via app but it only takes me to their website, no support links found there. I purchased the camera through amazon and left message to seller but so far no response. Hummm, I’d really like this to work but day one isn’t making me feel warm or fuzzy.

This was one of those leap of faith buys. I really didn’t want to spend a whole lot of money so I bought this little camera and surprise, it works very well. The app makes it all come together. So far so good.

On last update - Not good

I love these cameras and app. It’s worked great for me for a long time. But on this last update, now the screen shuts off after 5 seconds. It happens on all my phones. I deleted app and re installed. Doesn’t work. Now this app and the camera are useless.
Pls fix ASAP. I use these cameras daily and it’s very upsetting. If it’s not fixed soon I will need to buy a different camera. Pls help fast. Thanks.

Crashing

I am having the same problem with the app crashing after a few seconds. But I was having the problem with the previous version as well which worked for me for months before it started crashing. I updated to the latest version hoping that would fix the problem, but it did not.
