Love it!

This is a great great app for staying on track with the the app diet. I've done this diet several times and "know" how it goes, but this app has really helped with identifying what is OK and what isn't. I'm seeing much better results this time around then previously and I really think it is due to being able to track my food, weight, doses, glucose, exercise, etc all in one place. I think the fact that it also offers phase 3 and 4 tracking will also help with continuing the process in the long run, which is key with this program. There are some things that could be "better" from a GUI perspective but everything you need is right here.

Disappointed - Customer Support please respond!

The app has a lot of struggle. Firstly the technical support / customer service feature only brings back a 404 error as the page doesn’t exist. I’ve tried to access it from my laptop as well. No luck. I cannot connect to my Fitbit as the screen just gets stuck loading immediately after tapping the “Fitbit” selection icon.
For $5.99 you should have a working help page, and the app should not be freezing on nearly every page.
Why can I not log in online as well, so that I can update things there if the mobile app is failing.

This is a good program to use on the diet, it does have a learning curve, but once you learn it, it is easy to use. I am a little disappointed in the food choices, that is why I only gave it four stars. I think with the new foods available today, there could be more food choices that would be acceptable to use. Other that that it does what it needs to.

I highly recommend this app. It helped me stay on track and know I would not have been as successful without it. Videos are included to help you navigate through the app...it was easy to use. I enjoyed the notifications I set up and rec'd throughout the day. I gave it at 4 cause of the food choice when you "cheat".
