  1. Download an Android emulator for PC:

    • Search for "iEatHealthy" » then Click "Install".

    WOW- This app treats a Meat and a Bean Serving as equal, as if the protein and other nutrient amounts are the same! There is Much more protein and Iron in Meat(and Fish). The type of Iron is also different. You also can’t get enough B12 from plants alone without taking a supplement. ALSO, only meat has Carnitine. This is very important for Vegans and those who have cut way back on animal products, which is a growing number of people. There isn’t even a place to note what you ate, so you can’t see if you had an animal product or beans. So this app is worthless for me.

    I really like this app. When I've tracked eating habits in the past, I typically count portions of different food groups/exchanges rather than calories or food scores which to me is a method that is simpler and easier to stick with and helps promote a better nutritional balance. Also I like that this app emphasizes the positive, by focusing on the "good" foods that make a well balanced diet rather than avoiding "bad" items. A few things that would make it better, I would like to be able to see the goals on the tracking page itself rather than switching to the graph. Also, I agree with the other reviewer that keeping historical record of what is logged would be great so you can track see how your doing over time.

    I have had this app for years. So much information about the benefits/nutrients in foods. Please keep it available forever.
  • Good app, but few suggestions

    I like the simplicity and it's perfect for my portion-controlled diet. The nutritional info it's pretty good and easy to follow. I have use this app everyday for almost one month. I only wish I could save some historical data. Also, I have to reset the chart starting date again and again...
