- Cannot compare test result numbers with previous tests in the app
- No acknowledgment or confirmation when messaging doctor in test result section
- Cannot graph past test results
- Does not confirm prescriptions that were just ordered to be refilled
- Future appointments do not state what they are for
- App kicks user out while writing a message to the doctor, causing loss of information

MyAdvocateAurora powered by Epic is useless.
My old MyAdvocateAurora would let me do a history of the test results, I could graph past test results, and it would confirm messages that were sent. MyAdvocateAurora powered by Epic does not.
MyAdvocateAurora powered by Epic does not confirm that the prescriptions that were just ordered to be refilled. When you schedule an INR, a flu shot, or an A1c it sets up an appointment with a MA, which is fine with me, but doesn’t state what the appointment is for when you look at future appointments.
As far as I am concerned it’s just useless information.
It used to be a useful tool.

Absolutely no problems

I downloaded this app and it worked immediately. All of my data from the MyChart app was there, it was easy to set up and easy to navigate. Maybe an older version had bugs but this one certainly doesn’t. I had a harder time finding a nickname that wasn’t taken to submit this review!

Should be able to compare previous test results

On the website you can compare your test result numbers with previous tests; I have not seen the same function in the app. Also when messaging my Dr. in the app test result section I get no acknowledgment the message was sent; I am not sure it was even sent.

Great idea/ not so great app

I like that I can keep track and refer back to the visit summaries and any other information regarding mine and my families’ wellness.
I like that I can message my doctor if there’s a question or concern. I’d like it more if I could either get emailed a copy of my message to the doctor and also if it wouldn’t kick me out of the app while I was writing the message to the doctor and then losing everything that I was thinking of and then having it happen on multiple occasions.
