Install Markup – Highlight & Annotate app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:

Using Markup on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Markup"
The search will reveal the Markup – Highlight & Annotate app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Markup is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Markup.
Now enjoy Markup on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use Markup,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Markup" » then Click "Install".
- Markup – Highlight & Annotate will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Finally an app that edits a PDF

I have done most of my editing right on my smart phone which is amazing. There are features to highlight, change font color etc and it's all very simple. I'm not a techie so I've done basic editing tasks however converting a PDF on your phone is an accomplishment. Good app
New version missing futures that I used to work with it!

New version do not do “Horizontal” mode, also the variety of pen colors when away! Can not select the view of my files either by name, date or size only change positions but not view with it. Hello again, I think I didn’t explain well my request. I would like to have back the future were I can view my forms in “Landscape mode” I used to have this future and it was very helpful since my clients signed my forms, when I had the landscape mode people have more room to sign on them. Now I can’t do it and the space for people to sign it is very limited. Please let me now if this is something you are thinking to have it back. Thanks.
Great app but problem with having more than a couple of files

I find this app great for my work with pdf files but after storing some files on the app I can not open and it says ‘want to store more file? Sign up to Kdan Cloud to unlock the file restriction’. Even though registration is free, if you do not want to get yet another cloud service you are trapped and I could not find information on the actual restriction as to find a way to work comfortably within he limits of it (is it number of files?if so, how many?) without this is definitely a 5 stars
Had high hopes but this app failed to meet them

Iwasplanning to use this for studying instead of printing hundreds of sheets of paper. The app would crash continuously or completely erase portions of highlights for no reason. Sometimes in the middle of the document so I had no idea until I scrolled up. It got to a point that the simple task of highlighting chapter would take three times longer instead of making things more efficient. I wanted it to work so badly, but when markups aren’t saved and there is no way to make progress saves, what’s the point? Back to paper I go.
