Install Mind the Bump app on your Windows in 4 steps below:


  1. Download an Android emulator for PC:
    Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

  2. Install the emulator:
    On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

  3. Using Mind the Bump on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
    • Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Mind the Bump"
    • The search will reveal the Mind the Bump app icon. Open, then click "Install".
    • Once Mind the Bump is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Mind the Bump.
    • Now enjoy Mind the Bump on PC.

  1. To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
    • Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

  2. To use Mind the Bump,
    • Login to the PlayStore we just installed
    • Search for "Mind the Bump" » then Click "Install".
    • Mind the Bump will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

    This is my second pregnancy. Since the first, I've discovered the benefits of Mindfulness and taking time for meditation and body scans. Being pregnant, I feel incredibly aware of everything going on with my body, and having the reminder to be mindful of it helps me from feeling overwhelmed at all the changes. One thing I want to note about how important mindfulness has been throughout pregnancy is I have been off my ADHD medication since finding out I was pregnant and between mindfulness and Bullet Journaling, I feel like I have that aspect of my the app finally under control. And that's a real blessing when it comes to pregnancy. I absolutely recommend this app, but I wouldn't be surprised if the price goes up, since I'm surprised at how much other Meditation and Mindfulness app charge for more guided sessions. I really appreciate this -- and I like that it's not all pregnancy based. Anyone can use it, not just pregnant women. Spouses, partners, anyone looking for a gentle way to ease into mindfulness. Thanks for a great app! 😃
  • Narrator talks so much there’s no time for meditation

    I really wanted to like this but I find it more frustrating than helpful. It’s free so I guess there’s that. My issue is that these “exercises” are short and then while she’s instructing you to do certain things, the narrator jabbers through the whole thing which for me, makes it hard to execute the tasks. You have no idea if she’s going to stop blabbing and allow you quiet space and time to think or if she’s going to roll right into the next thing. Deleting it now. Gave it a fair shot.
  • So valuable, and no in-app fees

    This app is perfect for general meditation and even better for pregnancy focused women. The meditations are short and have enough guidance to keep a non-committed beginner like me on track. Only 1 issue I've been having is after my first few completed meditations the app stopped saving all future progress

    Use this app! These meditations have been sweet, easy and helpful to me throughout my pregnancy. I am thankful for the partner meditations and for the self awareness I have developed. Looking forward to continuing use during the antenatal period as well!
