2. IPType: in case your device do not has the GID or fail to use the GID to connect, you could Choose the IP Type and use the common IP address or URL to connected the device.

Install Secu365 app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using Secu365 on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Secu365"
The search will reveal the Secu365 app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Secu365 is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Secu365.
Now enjoy Secu365 on PC.

Cloud Server Status

I couldn’t get it to connect with the device unless I join with the same network that it’s using. However, it still works fine with me. UPDATE 7/4/18: I checked the settings of my camera and it should have been connected to cloud servers. It should work now.
App crashing as soon as its connecting

Love this app and even used it to keep an eye on my house while I was in germany. For the past 2 weeks or see it opens, connects and crashes/closes itself. This is very frustrating as I use this app all the time. Please fix!!

Been working fine until two days now everytime I turn it on to stream the cameras it crashes and closes down, uninstalled twice now and still doing the same thing please help , I love the app very helpful but it's very frustrating that I cannot view anything I have an iPhone 6 Plus
Crashes and won’t stay open
