I feel robbed

I paid for a personal account to use this for school. It did not register as being paid for. $30 out of my pocket with no results. I can’t use the app to make my poster. No one is helping me on the chat. I did this to make my assignment unique and fun when I was feel sick. In return I just feel stress and upset over losing that money.
Won't let you delete

The app itself is just like a duplicate from the website and I like that, but when I want to delete them it says 'drag into trash' but when I do that it never deletes! Please fix.

Well I’m using it for the nasa OPSPARC competition for school and I tried to get the app and it took for ever to download and it wouldn’t load so I think it should be fixed and be easier to download
