What is Inventory?
The app is designed to automate the manufacturer's business by supporting various functions such as creating products, capturing production, selling products, updating inventory, shipping, and marking products as delivered. It also provides intuitive reports to track the business efficiently, such as inventory cost, sales report, production report, profit and loss report, and production vs. sales report. The app enables across-device sync using iCloud.
1. •Selling transactions contains transaction id, date and products as line items and their quantity, unit-selling price, unit prod cost, discount if any.
2. •Production transaction contains products as line items and their quantity, Unit Sell Price, the amount.
3. The app supports the functions of create products, capturing production of products, selling products, update the inventory for production of products, ship the selling products, mark the product delivered, once the consignment reaches to customer.

- Business flow: Setup Product -> Capture Production -> Sell -> Ship -> Deliver
- Product setup: Products can be created manually or by scanning barcodes. They can be categorized and identified by location. Product information is attached with unit selling price and unit production price, which is used to calculate sales profit and loss. The product screen provides information on total quantity produced and production cost, total quantity sold and sales amount, total quantity shipped, and total quantity delivered.
- Production transactions: Production transactions can be created from the home screen, produce menu, or products screen to produce a particular product. It contains products as line items and their quantity, unit sell price, and amount. The total is calculated based on these details.
- Selling transactions: Selling transactions can be created from the home screen, sell menu, or products screen to sell a particular product. It contains transaction ID, date, and products as line items and their quantity, unit-selling price, unit prod cost, discount if any. The total is calculated based on these details. Line items can be marked as shipped and delivered based on their status.
- Shipping transaction: If there are any line items to be shipped from the selling transaction, they will be displayed here. The selected line item will show the number of quantities to be shipped, and the user can update the shipped quantity.
- Deliver transaction: If there are any line items to be received from the selling transaction and shipping transaction, they will be displayed here. The selected line item will show the number of quantities to be delivered, and the user can update the delivered quantity.
