Software Features and Description

1. It’s helped me a lot at work - a coworker can let me know what he needs without finding paper and pen... I’m sure it’s using Siri/iOS under the hood, and would like to see it released for Windows, which seems to have a better speech-to-text engine (my opinion).

2. Your device can speak out your recognized or translated text in an instant with automatic speech synthesizer on your iOS device.

3. Just touch the screen and let a person talk near your phone and in a moment you will see on screen what people are saying to you.

4. You can turn on automatic text translation to world’s main languages.

5. Having this phone app allows me to let people to speak into the phone rather than write everything down on a notepad.

6. At any time you can share text by any available way in your device.

7. Let your friend or the loved one talk into your device and you will instantly see what they are saying to you.

8. I know the app isn’t perfect, but I’m deaf and this fills a very wanted need for me.

9. I knew in the beginning it was going to cost $15 and it’s worth it for me.

10. You can as well translate that text to 40 languages.

11. • Switch app interface between English, Russian, Ukrainian and Chinese Simplified.

Works for a minute or two then stops
  • Not useful

This app only picks up a few words at a time and the words were not correct.
  • Another "does not work"!!

    By Birdie962 (Pcmac user)

I thought this looked like an answer for my hearing impaired mother. I paid for it but when I touch the screen it immediately has a message that says I am "not authorized" and to contact my internet provider. I tried to send a report to the developer and it bounced back. I guess it is $20 down the drain. Buyer beware! I am so disappointed.

The voice recognition is slow. It can't handle speech, only short sentences at a time. Also, there are beeps at odd times. Why? Why does a deaf person need beeps? The beeps annoy the hearing people and are of no help to the deaf.
