What is Saudia? The SAUDIA app is designed to provide a seamless travel experience to ALFURSAN members and guests. The app allows users to manage their profiles and miles, book and display their trips, check-in, and get flight information.

Software Features and Description

1. The app has features that help ALFURSAN members and guests to manage their profiles and miles, book and display their trips as well as checking-in and getting flight info.

2. - ALFURSAN fast enrollment after completing guests’ info during flight booking.

3. - Select a seat you would like to sit in during the booking process, booking management or during check-in.

4. - Buy pre-paid “WIFI” vouchers onboard aircrafts that are equipped with Inflight Wi-Fi on domestic and international routes.

5. - Check flight schedules for any flight number to confirm scheduled arrival/departure times.

6. - Boarding passes are stored on your phone offline.

7. - Retrieve your bookings made outside the app easily and store them on your phone offline.

8. - Make an offer to upgrade your cabin through booking management.

9. - All of your passengers' details are stored on your phone.

10. - Check-in all of your passengers while on the move up to 90 minutes before departure time.

Download and install the Saudia app on your Windows 10,8,7 or Mac in 4 simple steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Saudia"
The search will reveal the Saudia app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Saudia is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Saudia.
Now enjoy Saudia on PC.

Download the Amazon-Appstore » (U.S only)
- Click on "Get" to begin installation. It also automatically installs Windows Subsystem for Android.
- After installation, Goto Windows Start Menu or Apps list » Open the Amazon Appstore » Login (with Amazon account)

For non-U.S users, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto Playstore on PC » click Configure_Download. This will auto-download Google Play Store on your Windows 11.

Installing Saudia:
- Login to your computer's PlayStore or Amazon AppStore.
- Search for "Saudia" » Click "Install" to install Saudia

- ALFURSAN Loyalty app: Fast enrollment, profile retrieval and update, miles and rewards retrieval, and flight history retrieval.

- Booking Flights: Simple and quick flight booking, storing passengers' details on the phone, payment options with Visa, Master Card, American Express, MADA or SADAD, and safe credit card scanning using the camera.

- Ancillary Services: Seat selection, purchase of extra legroom seats and exit seats, one-time access to ALFURSAN lounge (subject to availability), and pre-paid "WIFI" vouchers for flights with Inflight Wi-Fi.

- Check-in: Mobile check-in up to 90 minutes before departure time, offline storage of boarding passes on the phone, and wireless or email bag tag printing.

- My Bookings: Retrieval and offline storage of bookings made outside the app, and the ability to make an offer to upgrade the cabin through booking management.

- App has issues with booking seats, with pop-up messages indicating selected seats are already booked even though they were vacant a minute ago

- App is not helpful for booking seats and requires using the desktop website

- App is difficult to use and does not work properly, with issues downloading and logging in, and activating email links not working.

I enjoyed my flight with this app , number one reason is very friendly Filipino crew with smiling faces and very attentive to guest passengers . Nicely served well heated fresh foods and beverages where well served it was completely non alcoholic flight which is very good avoiding drinking and become drunken passengers! Overall my experience with this app is great both in business class and economy.
Seat selection issue

Whenever I tried to book any seats through the app, at the time of payment I always got a pop up message that selected seats already booked, please change seats selection. However, those seats were vacant just a minute ago (that’s why I can chose it, otherwise already selected seats can’t be chosen). Even after changing the seats I would same message again at the end. So every time I had to go to desktop website to book the seats as app wasn’t helpful.
Don’t bother, never work!

I tried so hard to try to use this app, never work! - I tired to download the app from 3 apple stores, none of them allows you to login even you obtain an ID; talking about ID creation. I tried to apply new ID, the activating email doesn’t have a link, although it says “to activate by clicking link below...” it is a joke! After I tried from their official web site created an ID, it doesn’t allow you the login! Try to use “forgot password”? Good, that was what I did too. You do receive an email to reset your PIN, however the new PIN doesn’t work!!! This is the worst APP!! Ever.
