Install VideoView Mobile app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:

- Install the emulator:

UPDATE: Download IDMISS Lite App

UPDATE: If you have a new iPhone and your this app app became worthless, download the IDMSS Lite app in place of it. You will need to call ADT to have the IP, port, etc updated. Our cameras and app are back to working order now after many days of frustration.

This app has been limping along for the past year. Now, no one can get their cameras to work on their mobile devices. Be sure to call ADT and let them have an earful. Apparently they’re getting flooded with complaints. Now maybe something will get fixed.

Terrible for playback!

Playback goes in and out of working. When I called ADT to help me, they didn’t even really know what to do or to say to get it working again. Such a waste of money, guess if someone breaks into my business, I won’t even have a description of the person or what happened because my camera’s playback is so crappy! So unreliable, and the app is severely outdated and confusing. Save your money and go with a different company! So frustrating.

Worst app EVER. don’t waste your money

ADT salesman care to my home and shows me how “wonderful” this app was. Truth is it beyond rubbish. Every time your phone updates, you need to reset the system and how ADT do it is SO complicated that they literally need to get into your computer virtually to get the cameras online and even then it might not work. Spend your money elsewhere. I’m planning on getting another company to take over the system and hopefully improve it because ADT HAS REALLY LET ME DOWN.

I’ve had it installed for a year now with phone updates and it’s never reset itself. Picture quality is great. The interface for playback is a bit frustrating and could use some re-tooling but live video is fine.
