Software Features and Description

1. Avaya one-X Mobile Lite turns the iPhone into an office phone by delivering your business calls to your mobile device.

2. Avaya one-X® Mobile Lite for iPhone is a telephony dialer application for Avaya CS1000 Mobile Extension features.

3. * Avaya one-X Mobile Lite requires Mobile Extension enabled on Avaya CS1000 in the enterprise.

4. • One Number - Calls made to your business phone number will also ring on the iPhone.

5. * Please review “Requirements” and “First-time Setup” below for important Avaya application compatibility and configuration information.

6. 3) Enter the Feature Name Extensions settings and dialing rules (please note * and # are not supported by the iPhone SDK platform at this time).

☹ Cons:

- Took a bit to get set up

- Feature names were not consistent with ASA programming info

- A bit funny on outside dialing

- No support from Avaya

- Avaya doesn't get the idea that if the consumer has an iPhone they simply do not wish to learn how to build a watch to tell time.

I have had an iPhone since it first came out and have always been impressed with how the developers share the same view of ease of use and set up as the Apple name implies. Until this app. the app obviously doesn't get the idea that if the consumer has an iPhone they simply do not wish to learn how to build a watch to tell time. No support.....took forever to get someone on the line other than an automated attendant. I wouldn't recommend this app....if you have the app in your office forward you calls to your iPhone thru the website and avoid this hassle at all costs.
Indispensible! A must for all EC500 users.

I have been a long time user of the app's Extension to Cellular feature (EC500). It has saved my company thousands of dollars (if not tens of thousands). This the app one-X Mobile Lite application is clear, simple, and extremely effective. I HIGHLY recommend the app's EC500 feature and this application.

Good app for the app EC500 feature. Took a bit to get setup. Wish feature names were consistence with ASA programming info. User guide PDF very helpful. A bit funny on outside dialing. Good for trunk dialing between 2 the app systems to show internal name and number. Wish I was able to program voicemail codes for non-the app PBX.

Finally... an the app produced app for the iPhone that is compatible with IP Office... and they work great together! Love the "Extend Call" feature and... the price is right!
