1. The biggest television owned weather station network in country is now available via your mobile device! KVII-TV’s “SchoolNet” is now over 170 stations and continues to grow all the time! The weather stations measure temperature, humidity, dew point, wind speed and direction, wind chill, heat index, rainfall, rainfall rate, barometric pressure and more options that are soon to be added! You can follow along as the LIVE weather data flows from our network into your phone! Included in this app are weather stations located throughout Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico and Kansas.

2. To see the one minute average wind gust and the highest wind gust since midnight, touch once, then twice on the word, “Wind”.

3. To access “wind chill” and “heat index” values, simply touch the word, “Temperature”.

4. To see the barometric pressure change since midnight, touch the word, “pressure”.

5. To see the rainfall rate, touch once on the word, “Rain”.

6. To access dew point values, simply touch ”humidity”.

Using KVII SchoolNET on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "KVII SchoolNET"
The search will reveal the KVII SchoolNET app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once KVII SchoolNET is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including KVII SchoolNET.
Now enjoy KVII SchoolNET on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use KVII SchoolNET,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "KVII SchoolNET" » then Click "Install".
- KVII SchoolNET will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Love the app's online SchoolNET so was very excited to see the App come out. Since I am too cheap to buy a rain gauge (LOL), I can check out the current amounts within a few blocks of my home. Also I am able to check on other conditions in the area, very good and useful App!
