Not as good as the others

This game is not as good as the other ones I’ve played. The story line doesn’t call for much “sleuthing” and it just goes from puzzle to puzzle with LOTS of pointless (time-wasting) dialogue between the annoying characters. Definitely my least favorite of the series so far. The game worked well and didn’t crash once and graphics were good.

Don’t bother

Sadly, this is the worst this app game I’ve played (and I’ve played all the ones available for Mac). The thin plot elements don’t fit together to make a coherent story; in fact, there is almost no mystery. Also missing is the creepiness that makes some of the other games so enjoyable (line Shadow at the Water’s Edge or Thornton Hall). The lack of coherent narrative made the game hard to navigate, leaving me never entirely sure what I was supposed to be doing next, and while trial and error got me through it wasn’t really worth the effort. I was disappointed enough that I almost didn’t bother to finish and that speaks pretty poorly of a $20 game. Here’s hoping that this isn’t indicative of the way the franchise is heading.
If you’re like me and you're excited to see a new this app game, I hate to burst your bubble… but I really wouldn’t bother with this one. One star for the appealing scenery, and one star because the game worked fine. Those are the nicest things I can find to say about it.

THIS WAS THE WORST this app EVER.THE STORY LINE WAS VERY DUMB.I WOULD NEVER PLAY IT AGAIN..EVERYTHING ABOUT THE GAME WAS HORRIBLE!!…..THE CHARACTERS,THE STORY OUTLINE,AND EVEN THE ENDING OF THE GAME.I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS GAME TO ANYONE.
