Great game before it stop working

I love this app games, so when I found out that there was a game for the iPad, I was excited. It was a great game and it was fun to play, but now I cannot play it. Every time I try to talk to someone, it just fast forwards through the script. The voices of the characters are also missing. I also noticed that the latest version is 1.7 but the version installed on my iPad is 1.6. I tried to uninstall and reinstall it but it didn't work. I would like to update the game but there is not an update option for it. *Edit* I was able to get the app to update so the conversations are not super fast anymore. The voices still seem to be missing, as well as background noises.

Why? Because when I look into the hallway the first time I see Charlotte in a red dress. Second time she is wearing a tan dress inside the locked room singing creepily. There are also moving statues in the graveyard. The puzzles are hard too. I typed the password for the phone and went to video messages and that was pretty creepy too📲😱😰. I made it back to Harper the second time but when I came out there was something like a slug crawling to me but the first time everybody’s gone. Just why are there black frames over each moving object? Charlottes bedroom is impossible to get in because I found the 🔑 to it and fell out! Im 9 and I expect better.

I loved this app games when I was little and this one was really fun. I did have some problems with navigation and it freezing up every once in a while at certain spots in the game. I love that you are able to play it offline as I spent most of my three hour flight playing the game. I would love to have more of the this app games available for the iPad. I think that more people play games on their devices now days than on their computers. The price is better on the iPad too than for PC which makes me happy.

I’ve purchased and played many of the ND games on PC, but now that I only own an iPad, I was excited that this game app was available on it. Because I knew we would get so deep into playing the game, I went ahead and purchased the full version for $5.99 prior to the free first 30 minutes. WHAT A WASTE! There is no sound whatsoever! I also see that the developer hasn’t done an update since 2014! It states you must have iOS version 9 or greater. I have 12.0 so I’ve definitely fulfilled my software obligation. No need to tell me to email HER Interactive describing my problem because I already have. If they can’t fix the MANY bugs and glitches mentioned in the reviews (quickly!), I would hope they refund my money so I can spend it on a game that is actually playable.
