Good fun, while it lasts.

This game is really enjoyable, but unfortunately way too short considering the price. I hear the later games are a bit more lengthy, this one should have cost around $5 instead of almost $20.

Something Was Missing

I’ve played all of the this app games for MAC. I’m sure that this one was the worst. Not only is it extremely short (probably around an hour of gameplay), but there are only three places to visit, which makes it pretty boring. The worst part of it was that the entire time I felt like I was missing a huge part of the plot. Characters would begin speaking and then suddenly stop. I had to check several times to see if I’d accidentally pressed a key that made the dialogue skip. At first I attributed the odd dialogue starts and stops to a glitch in the game, a glitch that prevented me from knowing the backstory or character motivation. But no, the backstory and motivation just wasn’t in the game. I didn’t care about any of the characters. I did even care about the kid that died. I wish I would have paid attention to the other reviews. But I was just so excited to play another game … But this wasn’t a game. It was like a trailer for a game or a demo of a game.

Yes the game is relativley shorter than the rest, but it is actually one of the more thrilling ones I have played. The music, the suspects, everything gives you slight chills while playing and is really enjoyable. I would recommend it to others, especially if it is the first this app you will play.
