Install Certilogo Authenticator app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .
- Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using Certilogo Authenticator on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Certilogo Authenticator"
- The search will reveal the Certilogo Authenticator app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once Certilogo Authenticator is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Certilogo Authenticator.

Literally pointless for anything from re-sale (the only reason i could imagine using this app)

You need to know what store something is from to check if its real??? What if you buy re-sale (like me)your seller would have to know where it was originally purchased or you can NOT authenticate a product. I looked all over the app to see if there was a way around this and there is not. Like who is worried if something is real from retail? its basically always is real. This would be a great reselling tool but its useless as it is now. Also other reviews say they never get back to you anyway so dont download.

My expensive new shoes arrived in a damaged box, with a nothing but a wrinkled piece of tissue over them. Pretty sure I got a pair someone else returned. The certiligo tag was attached to one shoe, and wanting to be sure my shoes were not counterfeit, I downloaded the app to authenticate them. Entered the code on the shoe label, answered the simple questions and waited for the email with the result. Still waiting. Waiting.
