It offers information on tides, swells, wind speed, wind direction, weather conditions, temperature, visibility, sunrise/sunset, and more. The app also includes maps with over 2,000 locations, bathymetric overlay, hybrid satellite overlay, and marine protected areas overlay. Users can upgrade to the Pro Marine Weather Forecasts to access all future conditions in interactive charts, automated reports, 5-day marine forecasts, and hour-by-hour accuracy. The app is available for iOS devices.

Inaccurate!

How in the World can Huntington Beach, Malibu, and San Clemente Island all have the same exact wave heights and duration?? There is no possible way!! There are buoys all over SoCal and I can’t figure out which ONE you’re using. And the other “app” I am using for my information is NOAA’s website. Currently, your app marker for Huntington Beach has the wave height at 7.4 ft at 12 seconds..... The actual buoy marker lists it at 3.3 ft at 13 seconds. That could be extremely dangerous should it be the other way around!!!! Strive for accuracy please. Updated: I’ll take your explanation. Although that’s an extremely large area to generalize current water conditions.
Needs Improvement

Long time user of this app. The new version lacks stations for 100+ mile stretch of coast. This stretch happens to be one of the busiest water ways for commercial and recreational boating in the southeast. The new version also gives no current wind speed. Wind direction and future forecasted winds are the only wind data available. The old version gave current and past wind speed which was helpful for boating plans. I contacted the developer and received a response but no changes were ever made. I do not use the app anymore but keep it in the hopes that changes will be made in future.

I’m a Surfcaster, fishing the entire New England cost line. This App provides all of the most important information a surfcaster needs. Especially helpful is the most current water temperature at all of my favorite ✳️ location. I don’t think there’s another free app that gives it subscribers ocean water temps. For this reason alone I’m going to subscribe for there pay version. It’s such a SMALL yearly fee. They definitely deserve it, for putting together such a great app.
lovely interface, but NOAA marine forecast not integrated

This could be a fantastic app… if the forecasts were adequately informed by the basic NOAA weather reports (it was pea soup fog on the water tonight and this was reflected in the NOAA marine report, but it wasn’t even mentioned on their weather report page.) Technical support is non-existent, even for those of us who paid for the premium version. Attempts to contact them through the support page in the app get rejected by their mail server. there is no contact link at all on their web page. Shame on you Saltwater LLC
