1. In macOS System Preferences - Notifications, select 'Mail Notifr' from the left 'In Notification Center' list and adjust settings.

2. To allow access to your messages, make sure to select "View your email message and settings." on Sign in with Google page.

3. Mail Notifr 2.0 and above use Google OAuth 2.0 to access your unread messages.

4. In Mail.app - Preferences - General, select 'Mail Notifir.app' from 'Default email reader'.

5. A simple Notifier for Gmail, with multiple Google Accounts support.

6. It doesn't ask or save your Gmail password.

Install Mail Notifr app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using Mail Notifr on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Mail Notifr"
The search will reveal the Mail Notifr app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Mail Notifr is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Mail Notifr.
Now enjoy Mail Notifr on PC.

Exactly what I needed...

This is exactly what I needed for a long time... even lets me choose to open each email in which browser! Hope you add support for other services like outlook or personal domain emails.
Failure

If you have two google the app accounts, one private and one from google business; after adding into it. This notifier can only recognise one account; another one has a complete failure. Do not how to say about this, maybe I am a fool:)
Does't support secure login

You have to turn on the old less secure login for this to work. That's a problem. This hasn't been updated in a long time. I suspect it won't be.
if the app would be updated that would be nice!
