Needs an Alarm

I just got my the app and so far I love it. I easily created profiles for my dogs and they actual piece attached easily to their collars. I like that they are water proof because my dogs love to play in the rain. The app itself is pretty accurate, even indoors where it’s not guaranteed. I leave the leash on at all times and I am always getting alerts about the movements of my dog. I now can tell you exactly where inside of the house my dog is in at all times The only drawback that I saw was that people were mentioning it doesn’t point you in an exact direction when your dog is lost, so I thought the addition of an alarm or some kind on the collar would be beneficial. That way when someone’s dog is marked lost their collar makes a beeping noise when the owner gets close. Other than that, I think the app paired with the physical the app is an amazing feature to add piece of mind.
Does not work

This simply does not do what it says. It says the range is about 200 feet. It only finds my cat in range about 25 feet at best. So I’ve left it on her thinking if she were gone I could walk around the neighborhood and if I were within 25 feet it would show her in range. But I now see it also gives false readings. I’ve set up a walk several times. And my cat only went about 3-4 feet from me and then would lie down. I’d keep it tracking the walk with her not moving for about ten minutes. Then when I looked at the walk record it showed her having walked all over my neighborhood going as far as around 10-15 houses away. Useless! And when you set up the app (and before you know it doesn’t work) it prompts you to order the engraved tag for $10. And since the app was so difficult to get going I ordered the tag while I had the chance. That was over two weeks ago and it still hasn’t arrived. Now they have $30 of my money and it’s worthless. And I sent the request to two neighbors for them to set up the app on their phones so she would be tracked if she entered their range. Both said the link doesn’t work.
Actually Useless Everytime

I usually check the app every now and then to see if I can see if I can find my dog, but she’s always been near me. She ran away just after the update a few weeks ago and, although the app said the range covered the next block (I live in the city so houses are close together), it couldn’t find her until she was 2 feet in front of me. I checked the app 2 days later when she ran around the house and it still couldn’t find her. She ran away again a day ago and it still couldn’t find her. This is the most useless tracker I have ever come across. Really not worth just the $15 I paid for it. Update: luckily my dog came back every time. This app still couldn’t find her when I was outside looking for her until she was right in front of me. The first time she ran away she was one block up and it was dark so when we were 100ft away from her we had no idea even looking at the app. It couldn’t find her standing on the sidewalk until she was 2ft in front of us.

Hi guys, So I’ve been using the app for a month now. I came across this specific product, I search of a pet ID that’s safe and affordable. With my cat being indoor outdoor. She loves to explore while I’m away, I tend to worry one day she’ll stray to far and not return especially with stray cats around. This was every easy to purchase and download. Once I became more familiar with the app. I became more obsessed with the community portion of the app. I’m able to post, ask and find other pets near me. I love to see others obsess over their pets too! she’s had her paw scout on for about a month and she does not mind it at all, fits perfectly around her collar. I highly recommend for the pet loving community! Even if you don’t have a pet, my family was able to download the app and expand the community around me. Please download!!!
