1. As Gender Wayang is played with two panggul (mallets) - other than the Gangsa in Gong Kebyar - two player together play the melody (left hand) and the interlocking parts kotekan (right hand) as a complete „mini“ Gamelan.

2. Gender Wayang is a 10-key metallophone, coming in pairs, most be doubled from an other pair one octave higher, tuned in Slendro scale.

Install Gamelan Gender app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Using Gamelan Gender on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Gamelan Gender"
The search will reveal the Gamelan Gender app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Gamelan Gender is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Gamelan Gender.
Now enjoy Gamelan Gender on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use Gamelan Gender,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Gamelan Gender" » then Click "Install".
- Gamelan Gender will now be available on your Windows start-menu.
