Install Voice Dictation + app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .
- Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using Voice Dictation + on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Voice Dictation +"

- To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.
- To use Voice Dictation +,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Voice Dictation +" » then Click "Install".
- Voice Dictation + will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

I just spent a dollar for this program, because I needed a program that would let me dictate longer passages than Dragon. It didn't, fair enough. However, I have to let you people know that it literally got easily 75% or more of the words dictated completely wrong. The paragraph was completely undistinguishable from what was spoken. I speak clear, Midwestern English that is easily identified by my Siri app on my iPhone. It was comical, but not worth a dollar.

I saw most reviews rated this is good but even a dollar it still pisses me off I wasted it because it gets almost every word wrong I promise you that it isn't worth the time or even the dollar you buy it with!I got this for my essays so I didn't have to type or write them all out now I'm SOL great.

This is a great app for those still with the IPhone 4 without speak text. It's fast and accurate, much better then other dictation apps I've tried.
