Install Downtowner app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .
- Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using Downtowner on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Downtowner"
- The search will reveal the Downtowner app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once Downtowner is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Downtowner.
- Now enjoy Downtowner on PC.

- To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.
- To use Downtowner,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Downtowner" » then Click "Install".
- Downtowner will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

A local who loves this app!

I cannot express how much this app has done for me. As someone who works downtown Savannah, and gets off very late in the evening, this service makes it very convenient and safe to make it to my destinations at night. As someone who also lives in the Hostess city and we see a lot of people who go out and drink, this service helps people make it back wherever they are safely. I sincerely hope the City of Savannah chooses to keep this program as a permanent part of pubic transportation.

I just recently learned about this free car service app this app and it’s the most remarkable service I’ve ever experienced. I’m a server and bartender in Savannah and don’t own a car so when I get off work late I can easily get home for free! The pickup time is a remarkably quick and is going to save me so much money. I’m going to be telling everyone about this app so they can experience the same revelation that I have.

Downtowner

I hope the word gets out about the free rides around downtown on the this app. The driver I had was was great, informative, helpful and very nice. I felt as though I had called for a limousine. I was the only one on this transfer. Downside waiting for a ride takes 45 minuets.
I hope that changes. Overall I’m on vacation not on the clock and will ride the this app again. It sure beats the expense an Uber or Lyft would cost me.

Fabulous Service!!!

Thank you Aspen City Council. This is a very efficient way to get around Aspen. We have used it to get to and from the slopes and Ruby Transit Center. It is wonderful to have this ride service to and from dinner each night. With this being a complimentary service, it is most welcoming to visitors.
All of your drivers are polite, punctual and safe.
