Install Village Connect app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using Village Connect on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Village Connect"
The search will reveal the Village Connect app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Village Connect is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Village Connect.
Now enjoy Village Connect on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use Village Connect,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Village Connect" » then Click "Install".
- Village Connect will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

✔ Pros:

- Short wait times during off-peak season and even during busy holidays like 4th of July

- Works better than Uber in terms of wait times

- Convenient for getting around the area

☹ Cons:

- Timing can be inconsistent and fluctuate, leading to longer wait times than expected

- App can direct users to the wrong location, causing them to miss the bus

- System needs improvement to ensure a smoother experience for users

- App may make the experience feel less personal and connected compared to traditional transportation methods

- Need to ensure drivers are happy and supported by Vail Resorts as they represent the face of BC.

Not great with timing

Great for getting around but there are a lot of kinks that need to be worked out. Timing constantly fluctuates, it will tell you one minute only to arrive 20-30 minutes later. Sometimes we will order it for the covered bridge and will tell us to go to another place and as we are making are way to second spot the bus will leave. Horrible system, bus drivers nice.

Really appreciate this service at BC. Over 30+ years of coming to BC I love the customer service. The app makes everything less personal and a bit less connected. Need to make sure drivers are happy and supported by vail resorts as they are he face of BC
