Prone to offering bizarre route

Superficially useful, but even on a simple journey from Ebbsfleet to St Pancras, a 17 minute journey, it can create a two hour tour of south London. If there are problems the website is more up to date Needs work
Worthless

Absolutely worthless app. Trying to take a train. Can’t tell which platform, which part of train to be in. Which coach at which stop. Are seats reserved? Are there power outlets?
