  • Cool concept but too many bugs

    By Violet111099 (Pcmac user)

At first I thought this sounded like a good idea. Something that would encourage me to stick with my plan to meet my goals sounded wonderful. So I signed up. Two goals. This app doesn't work properly. Actually the this app website has issues too. Right off the bat, I didn't get any reminder emails to update my reports. The website didn't remind me, nor did the app notify me if I had a report due. I contacted them and was taken through a series of checks to see if I had everything set up correctly. I did. So I ended up setting my own reminders in my iCal so I wouldn't forget to submit my reports. The only email reminders I got were AFTER I submitted my report...at that point it would remind me. And I NEVER got reminders from the app either. I don't have much patience for such a buggy system. I mean, seriously, aren't the this app people responsible for making sure their system works??? I never missed a report so I didn't lose any money, but I was very put off by the problems. I won't be doing this again.
  • Update-Don’t bother with this, horrible

    By Tkktkktkk (Pcmac user)

After posting previous review I did finally get a response. They were very helpful and refunded my money. For that reason I did up their rating from 1 to 3 stars. Customer support is non existent. Was charged $25 even though I checked in. Have tried to contact them going on three weeks about how to close my account and make sure they no longer have access to my credit card number. Y’all are better off going a real life support group more effective and it’s free.
  • Updated Review

    By EyeSeeEwe (Pcmac user)

I have been using this app for about a year and found it to be very useful. I had taken down a previous review that was negative for not having a way to correct a report that had a mistake. However, their customer support contacted me, correcting the report and said that a refund was on the way. So all in all, this app has worked out well. The only thing I would ask of them would be for this app to add an article on their FAQs or help database on what to do if a reporting mistake had happened. That way, we can alleviate the panic attack of having sent money to an anti-charity. ;)
  • You have one job and you don’t do it well

    By MattyMurda (Pcmac user)

This app looks pretty. The idea is awesome, but they failed on execution. It takes like 8 clicks to submit a report on one of your goals. If you have 8 goals, this means the app actually creates an annoying barrier to completing those reports. It has the exact opposite effect of what is intended. I wanted to feel accountability and inspiration to chip away at my goals and instead I dread having to manually log each individual report every day. Why does it ask me if I want to submit a video EVERY SINGLE TIME? And why doesn’t it just lay out my progression in an easy to view layout? I feel like I could have designed a better user interface on the back of a napkin.
