App no longer functioning.

This app was great... it used to work fine. When I upgraded my phone to the iPhone 7 plus (From 6 plus), it wouldn’t load photos. I’ve since switched to iPhone X, still won’t load photos or documents without completely shutting down every time no matter how many files or even trying to load a single photo or document. Please fix. This is on the full paid for version. If it can’t be fixed I would like my $ back the app is no longer useful.

Stopped Working

Was great when it worked. It just suddendly stopped working. computer will no longer recognize the phone/drive. Maybe no longer compatible with iOS or macOS? Reset everything Permissions, Accessability, etc. - No Help.
