Notifications don’t work

I’ve received one random notification from this app in the time I’ve had it (6 months or so). I’ve downloaded all the updates and all my notification settings are correct. So in summary it’s not a very useful weather app.
Bluetooth?

Why do I need Bluetooth to be on? Why do you need access to Bluetooth? How is that going to improve location? Most Bluetooth devices are not fitted with gps. Please fix the app to stop asking these questions.

It takes the app way to long to load. My phone times out before it will load.

This app used to be useful, but not anymore. Can not get radar anymore. Even if it is raining the radar shows nothing.
