✔ Pros:

- FoxNews25 KOKH was very eager to help

- User is pleased with the app and considers it the only news app they need

☹ Cons:

- Videos under the "watch" category play silently on Apple iPad mini 2

- Weather tab opens to a foreign city and needs to be manually changed every time

- Watch Live broadcast shuts down for commercial breaks and user can't get back in until the broadcast comes back on

- News articles are just one line summaries and videos won't play, launching and then going back to the original page.

Used to hear sound when playing videos under the “watch” category on apple iPad mini 2. Now the video plays silently. Not very useful

The weather tab opens to some foreign city I can't pronounce and I have to manually change it every time. Watch Live broadcast is frustrating because it shuts down for commercial breaks and can't get back in unless the broadcast comes back on making me wait and guess when that is. At least KOCO plays commercials while I wait for the show.

All of the "news articles" were just one line summaries. No actual articles and none of the videos would play. The videos would launch and then go back to the original page.
