Install FirstMedia-X app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Using FirstMedia-X on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "FirstMedia-X"
The search will reveal the FirstMedia-X app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once FirstMedia-X is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including FirstMedia-X.
Now enjoy FirstMedia-X on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use FirstMedia-X,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "FirstMedia-X" » then Click "Install".
- FirstMedia-X will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Crashing and no supported answer and no solution

Always crashing after updating apps since oct 2018. Why should i pay for fmx fee every month but i can’t use the apps??? And there’s no supported answer and no solution from provider.
Validating OTP Issue

This app requires you to enter the 4 digits OTP number for logging in. When I enter the first two number, it suddenly stop and it doesn’t allow me to validate it. No matter how many time I’ve tried, it fails!! Please fix this issue.
