lacks customizable fields

The user needs to have the option to customize fields for data entry. It only allows for the app ID, purpose, odometer out, odometer in. I would like to add destination, purchased fuel volume and price, repair cost, as well as a reminder when preventative maintenance is due. The interface is very nicely designed. App does not suit my company's needs at the moment. I'm sure this will improve over time.
Exactly what I want for an electronic Log book. But...

This is exactly the kind of app I wanted to get to keep track of me and my employees DOT log books but the app is glitchy. When I enter in my start time and end time it won’t let me use the GPS cause no matter how many time I change my end time to “PM” it keeps reverting to AM and won’t let me fill out the report cause it won’t stop switching back to AM on its own. And it won’t let me add more then one the app and it doesn’t have its own section for trailers. All I want is an app that is just like the paper Log books where you can do a the app inspection and mark down your start and stop location,beginning and end time, beginning odometer and ending odometer, a check list to mark down if there is any damage or Problems with your truck or trailer. Ya know, just a simple log book that I can keep on my phone and save all of my logs and be able to send it in to the boss or have my employees send them to me and save them in the same app....

It crashes when you try to make a report or a summary, that was the reason that I paid the extra money for.
