Good. But Would be Better with Apple Pencil

When I take notes, it’s easier with a pencil. Especially in that classroom setting etc. Typing is great when writing but just isn’t The way to take notes naturally. I hope this app can add Apple Pencil integration and hand writing. Until then, I’ll stick with Notability for the app recording, handwriting and typing all in one app. That being said, if you don’t care about hand writing this app is terrific.

When I take notes I have a tendency to get engrossed in what the speaker. The problem with this is that sometimes a lot of time goes between my notes and when I go back to them later I forget what was said. This app solves that problem. The only improvement that could be made to this is app would be to timecode the notes to match the recording time. It would make it nice to go back and know what was said when I made a note.

Loses Text During iOS Restore

I love this app to take notes when meeting with clients to discuss requirements. When I update iOS, I used DFU to perform a major iOS 7.x to 8.x jump and then Restore w/ backup from iTunes. This APP restores the app recordings, Title of Note (color) but NO TEXT in notes. I emailed my notes before jumping to iOS 8.1.2 from iOS 7.1.2 and sure enough, this happened again. This is unacceptable, text content needs to be included in iTunes backup, not just the the app recording. Apples iOS Notes app always restores, along w/ photos, voice memos etc.
