Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Pixel Winch"
The search will reveal the Pixel Winch app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Pixel Winch is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Pixel Winch.

I use this app on a daily basis when working on the UI for my iOS app. Before this app, I would copy and paste screenshots into an image editor and then use the marquee selection tool to take measurements. That was an incredibly time consuming process and the measurements weren't persistent. Now with just a few clicks, I instantly get the app perfect measurements and can easily cycle through measurements from previous screenshots. All UI developers need this app!
Perfect tool for UI design

This app is perfect for debugging pesky UI design problems. Appropriately, the UI is very well thought out, and instantly lets you visualize all your measurements. I was doing some custom drawing in an iOS app and things weren't quite working out ... until after a few seconds with this app, I was able to immediately identify (and thence solve) my problem. Highly recommended if you're doing any UI work, well worth the price.
