Cannot correct my profile info

My date of birth was incorrectly added to my profile by your staff and I’ve tried so hard to contact this app support in which they promised to correct it, but no use. I would recommend making it possible for me to go into my profile after signing in and doing it myself. This is a very old issue. Please update the app.

Can’t sign in!

When i try to sign in with my email it says “invalid email address”
When I’m trying to sign up a new account with my email it says “the email is already linked to a card” !!!!
When I try to log in with my phone number it says “wrong password” I changed my password million times and it still saying “wrong password!!!”
I sent an email several months back with no response at all.

Useless app

I linked my card to the application at 1st everything was fine i can see my balance and my transaction
Suddenly everything disappeared and i can no longer see the points or the transactions
Tried to contact everyone but nothing changed
