It freezes the work in the middle of work

While working on the collage, I like the templates and easiness of the app, but the problem is, while trying out several designs adjuting the image into the boxes, it suddenly freezes or locks down all the boxes in which I am supposed to add the images….so lets say out of 7 boxes I have tried 3 different designs and patterns and suddenly it locks the image and would not move or allow me to add any more images into the design. Do you call such an app reliable and impressive? Yes design and interface is pretty good, but if I cannot finish my project then its a half baked care. Rubbish app as it freezes and locks the images. Is there a work around ti it? I don;t think so. The developers did not do proper testing or locked it out somehow.
