What is 형사사법포털?
The Criminal Justice Portal is a service that allows users to access information related to criminal cases from anywhere without having to visit a criminal justice institution. The app provides features such as case inquiry, fine inquiry, notice inquiry, victim support, complaint application, and personal page.
1. 형사사법포털은 형사사법기관을 방문하지 않아도 언제 어디서나 형사사건 관련 정보를 조회할 수 있는 서비스입니다.
2. ※ 사건조회/벌과금조회/통지서조회 서비스를 이용하기 위해서는 반드시 PC기반의 형사사법포털( )에서 회원가입 및 공인인증서를 등록하신 후, 등록하신 인증서로 로그인 하셔야 합니다.
3. ※ 전자약식 사건(음주 및 무면허 운전으로 단속된 후, 전자적 사건 처리에 동의한 경우)은 모바일을 통해 사건조회 및 벌금 조회만 가능하며, 전자약식 약식명령등본은 PC에서만 조회할 수 있습니다.
4. ※ 개인정보 보호 및 보안사고 예방을 위하여 탈옥한 스마트폰을 이용할 경우 서비스 이용에 제한이 있을 수 있습니다.
5. ※ 음성변환용 코드/위변조방지 바코드/QR코드 검증을 위해서 카메라 권한이 필요합니다.
6. ※ 카메라 권한은 선택적 접근권한으로 해당 권한에 동의하지 않아도 음성변환용 코드/위변조방지 바코드/QR코드 인식을 제외한 서비스의 이용이 가능합니다.

1. Case Inquiry: Users can check the progress of cases in the police, prosecution, and court, and register cases they have inquired about.
2. Fine Inquiry: Users can check unpaid fines and payment history.
3. Notice Inquiry: Users can check notices from the prosecution.
4. Victim Support: Users can learn about victim support programs and search for victim support organizations.
5. Complaint Application: Users can apply for 10 types of complaints to the prosecution.
6. Personal Page: Users can check the results of their complaint applications and view a list of cases they have registered.
7. Public Certification Center: Users can manage their public certification and learn how to use it.
Note: To use the case inquiry, fine inquiry, and notice inquiry services, users must register and log in with their public certification on the PC-based Criminal Justice Portal (www.kics.go.kr). Electronic cases (cases processed electronically after being caught for drunk or unlicensed driving) can only be checked through the mobile app, and electronic orders can only be checked on the PC. The app may have limited access if used on a compromised smartphone, and camera permission is required for voice conversion codes, anti-tampering barcodes, and QR code verification. However, users can still use the app without granting camera permission.
