Download an Android emulator for PC:

Great application - when it works, it works well. However, BEWARE of the periodic updates!!!! Updates can cause major problems. Updates sometimes remove many of the parameters associated with some presets, which essentially prevents the application from being able to do conversions - it just gives an error message but zero help or explanation. Before it will work again, the user has to figure out exactly what to put into the newly blank parameter locations - not so obvious unless one is knowledgable about the specifics of format, etc. Rating: 3 Stars. (Average of items as explained below.) 5 for the application itself, but 1 for the inexcusable sloppiness in allowing the update process to occasionally “break” the application.

I had no problem using this item. There is some confusion on my part as to the formats available but that's just my lack of knowledge. I wanted to make a CD but my Mac doesn't have one so I though I'd make the video in .264 so I can share it.
