It was decent but now not so much

I downloaded this app to be able to use for vacation in Jamaica but now the only hotels that come up are Mexico and Dominican Republic so I can’t use it! I thought this app was decent at first since I would of been able to make reservations and see activities offered for the day. I was hopeful they’d fix it but since this app hasn’t been updated for 2 yrs I know it won’t.

Good concept - not well done ....

Would have been nice if I didn’t need to re- select my hotel every single time , if it would just remember that im in specific hotel.
The map is impossible to understand- no way to figure out how to get from point A to point B... also , the reservation for the restaurants - is very lacking- description and pictures are very general and NOT INFORMATIVE.
Just some points to help improve!

Works, Sort of...

I can choose my resort, login and see information about my resort including reservations made by staff. Unfortunately, none of the functionality allowing me to make my own reservations works. The map and other information, including the daily agenda, are great. Just need to fix the reservation system.

Doesn’t work

The app doesn’t work. When I was at the hotel and open the app it would ask me every time to select a hotel. When I selected the hotel nothing would happen it just kept me on the same screen. Great idea if the app worked but it doesn’t.
